ORVM RESTAURANT & BAR
With a modern and elegant art deco style ORVM, the new bar and restaurant of the Westin Excelsior, is able to give a touch of renewal to the classical and refined ambience of the hotel.

ORVM is located on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking Ognissanti square, with an entrance from the hotel Lobby and an entrance from the Arno River side. The new ambience features architectonical details and furnishings that contribute to create a unique place, where each detail is made with accurate attention.

For a lunch or a dinner the menu conceived by Executive Chef Giuseppe Dalla Rosa offers dishes of the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition, made with fresh seasonal products, accompanied by Tuscan traditional wines and by the best choice of international ones, all to confirm once again the exclusive feature of this restaurant. ORVM restaurant also offers many menu formulas such as the Express Lunch, the Wellness menu (from breakfast to dinner, including a large assortment of organic and healthy food), or a daily set suggestion of courses.

Two impressive orange chandeliers give a warm light to the renewed ORVM bar. The brown shades of the furniture, made by leather and wood, are a modern interpretation of the spirit and charm of the roaring twenties, punctuated with late Art Déco design elements.

For those loving to socialize, from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm, ORVM proposes Unwind, a Westin ritual that accompanies you from day to night. A wide cocktail menu is able to satisfy classic tastes and new combinations, for guests who enjoy food and drinks surrounded by background live music.
