Cancellation Policies

The cancellation policies are proper to each hotel
 
In general, you can cancel without any penalty 48 hours in advance before the arrival date at the hotel and in case of late cancellation the first night will be charge.

You can access to the general conditions of each hotel by clicking on the "reservation" button of the hotel of your choice. Therefore you will be in the measure to check the availability and the rates of the hotel and you will access to the cancellation policies before confirming your reservation.
 

General book conditions

The booking is made directly with the hotel
 
By logging on to the www.firenzealbergo.it website, you make a direct booking with the hotel; all the Consortiated hotels are connected with the centralized real-time booking system updated daily by the hotels themselves.
As soon as you have validated your booking, you therefore receive confirmation by e-mail, with a reservation number attributed by the system, which registers the number immediately
 
No payment is made before your arrival
 
Although the hotel requests a credit card number, this is only used to guarantee your booking, in accordance with the general conditions of sale of the hotel. No payment will be made before you actually arrive.
 
Liability
 
The sale is made directly between you and the hotel.
Consorzio Firenze Albergo cannot therefore be held liable if the hotel fails to meet its obligations or does not carry them out satisfactorily. Any complaints must be addressed directly to the hotel.
